Privacy
What we do with your data.
Who we are
Auxen Limited, registered in england and wales with company number 17451379, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@auxenhq.com.
This policy covers this website. If you become a client, the personal data we handle on your behalf as part of running your payroll, employment and finance work is governed by the agreement between us, where we act as your processor rather than as controller.
What we collect, and why
- When you book a call: your name, email address, and the answers to any questions on the booking form. We use these to hold the meeting and to prepare for it. The basis is legitimate interests — you asked for the meeting.
- When you email us: whatever you put in the email. Same basis.
- Server logs: our host records requests, including IP addresses, to serve the site and defend it from abuse. The basis is legitimate interests.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes. That is why this site has no cookie banner. The booking calendar on our book a call page is loaded from a third party, and it only loads after you click — so nothing of theirs runs until you ask for it.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel — hosting and server logs.
- OneCal — the booking calendar and the details you enter into it.
- Google Workspace — our email and calendar.
- Resend — sending email from the site, where applicable.
Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. Some are outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking details: two years from our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement governs. Server logs: as long as our host retains them, which is a matter of weeks.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@auxenhq.com and we will respond within a month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top.
